Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original condition and packaging.
To begin a return, email us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
